Ordering through our website is the fastest and most reliable way.
To access our webshop, you need to apply for a customer account. Please see become a customer.
Uploading an order file
Customers using their own systems can upload an order file in CSV format. This file may contain either our article references and quantities, or the product barcode with the desired quantity.
This option allows you to save time and order efficiently.
Stock
We do our utmost to keep stock information as up to date as possible. The quantities shown reflect the available stock at that moment.
Although discrepancies may occur in exceptional cases, these figures generally provide a reliable indication of availability.
Order processing
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. Your order is then processed by our administration.
Following administrative handling and any payment check, your order is prepared and shipped from our warehouse.
Please note: if volume or weight exceeds the order value, additional package value may be charged.
The status of your order can be viewed in your order history.
Backorders & notifications
Temporarily unavailable items remain visible in your shopping cart.
Once an item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification and can decide whether to place the order or reserve it.
Shipping
On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an evening shipping confirmation with an overview of the dispatched items.
Where possible, a track & trace code is included to follow your shipment via the DPD website.
Payment control
Each customer is assigned an internal credit limit. By default, this is set at €2,500.00 unless otherwise agreed.
This limit protects both your business and ours. The standard payment term is 30 days.
For a first order, advance payment is required.
Pre-orders
For several brands, we offer the possibility to place pre-orders on new collections.
As a reward for early commitment, you receive a 5% pre-order bonus. This bonus is granted as credit, not as a discount, and can be used on future orders.
- Minimum order value: €105.00 excl. VAT
- Quantities freely adjustable within this amount
- Bonus applicable to future orders
Please note: additions to an existing pre-order may affect the planned shipping date.
Regular orders
Of course, you may also order smaller quantities. In that case, the order is treated as a regular order and does not qualify for the pre-order bonus.
Please note: the first delivery of new collections generally offers the best availability.
